Becoming Visible
Becoming Visible (2006) is an evening length solo performance that explores how female identity is constructed and dissolved. The work includes several sections: “Surface Tension” in which the performer’s inverted body crawls along a wall, “Held,” a somatically-based meditation on comfort and longing, and “Light Touch,” a video shot on location in a NY farmhouse.
